If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

    ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

    FAQs
    1. Do these work boots provide the same protection as steel toe boots?

Yes. These safety work boots are CSA Certified Grade 1 and feature a composite toe and composite plate, offering protection equivalent to traditional steel toe work boots, without the added weight. They also provide Electric Shock Resistance (ESR), making them a dependable choice for workers who need serious protection in hazardous environments.

    2. Are these work boots waterproof?

Yes, these are waterproof work boots and are ideal for outdoor work or indoor work with exposure to moisture and liquids. If your job site has only light or occasional exposure to water, moisture or liquids then water-resistant work boots may be a better option as they are more breathable. To learn more about the differences, read our blog on Waterproof, water repellent, water resistant: what's right for your work?

    3. What work conditions environments are these work boots best suited for?

Heavy duty environments include jobs in manufacturing and construction where reliable protection is needed. They are CSA certified with and composite toe and steel plate. Because they are waterproof with a waterproof membrane they will keep your feet protected and dry in outdoor work or conditions with moisture.

    4. What is the BOA lacing system and how is it different?

The BOA® lacing system is a dial-based closure that lets you tighten or loosen the work boots quickly for a custom, secure fit. This ensures your work boots stay snug all day without laces coming untied. The laces are made of steel-coated nylon and have a lifetime guarantee.

    5. Are the composite toe and plate of these safety shoes as safe as steel toe shoes?

Yes, composite or metal-free safety shoes and work boots provide the same levels of protection as steel toe shoes. Composite toe safety shoes & work boots are often lighter than steel toe shoes and provide the same levels of protection. To find out more about the differences, read our blog on What are the Differences Between Composite Toe, Aluminum Toe and Steel Toe Safety Shoes and Boots.

    6. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the  safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!
