The outer soles are made from an antistatic compound, capable of dissipating an electrostatic charge in a controlled manner. Range of 1-100 megaohms. For industrial work environments where a static discharge can create a hazard for workers or equipment.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE returns for orders over $125 (not including discounts). Please contact our customer service department to request a return shipping label.

For online orders under $125, in extreme locations noted above, we do not offer free returns.

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping within most regions of Canada for online orders over $125 (not including discounts).

1. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!

i love the great management skills in order for me to get these shoes on time. I didnt think other sstore would have like your store to have more fittable shoes. every year i usually shop in the mister safety shoes for to get fittable shoes for me to work everydy and to use it. i love the company that serves the customers well and care for the customers fitting. i have always came for this company and would think first whenever i come and see this myself.
i have seen nice clothing and shoes of your company that fits well and have nice brands and nice coverage and discounts over your brands, everything gives me nice interests in wearing them to look nice fittable clothing and shoes. its good brand, the feather like because it is more fittable from the side length to upper length so the more you walk it doesnt hurt your feet and some shoes it would most likely destroy the feet parts.
