IN STORE RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing to any of our stores up to 100 days after the date of purchase as long as you have the original receipt. Unfortunately, we don’t accept copies of receipts.

If you don’t have the original receipt, and we are able to verify your Mister Safety Shoes purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds DO require the original receipt.

What if it’s a manufacturer’s defect? We stand behind all the products we sell. That’s why you can exchange any manufacturer defective footwear up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Good to know: Refunds are made in the same form of the original payment method you used, so if you paid with a credit or debit card, we’ll refund the purchase on your credit or debit card.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused or unworn footwear or clothing for a full refund or exchange within 100 days of you receiving your shoes. We offer FREE returns for orders over $125 (not including discounts). Please contact our customer service department to request a return shipping label.

For online orders under $125, in extreme locations noted above, we do not offer free returns.

You also have the option of returning your online purchase at any one of our store locations.

There are a few simple steps to follow:

Please return your shoes WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If you do not have the original mailing box, please use another mailing box. Please do not use the original shoe box to mail the package. The shoe box will become unusable due to the labels that will be attached to it and to the damage it will invariably receive in shipping.
Mister Safety Shoes will provide you with a Canada Post shipping identification number. Please contact us at customerservice@mistersafetyshoes.com and we will email it to you. Print this and bring it with your package to your nearest Canada Post location.
Please include your Mister Safety Shoes invoice. Any notes you wish to make can be handwritten on either of these pages.

FAQs

1. What is the break-in period for work boots and safety shoes?

Work boots and safety shoes should fit well when you buy them. Your toes shouldn't be able to wiggle and not touch the toe cap. Your heel should sit snuggly but not too tight. Because of the safety features (toe and plate) built into safety shoes and work boots, they don't loosen up like regular shoes or boots might. We recommend wearing them for a few hours at home before wearing them for a full day of work. After all, you wouldn't wear brand new shoes to go on an 8-hour hike!

2. Do these safety shoes provide ankle protection?

Yes, these safety shoes do provide moderate ankle support. If you are looking for a more serious ankle support, check out our 6" or 8" work boots.

So comfortable!!!!

These are insanely comfortable! I had timberland pros last year and my feet hurt the entire year. These are cute and literally the most comfortable work boots I have ever owned. They don't even look like work boots more like a pair of converse high tops :) I work in a factory on concrete floors and I'm telling you these are the best

Not my favourite this time

This is my second pair. I loved the first pair I had. This set has been disappointing. They fit different. They are incredibly tight. I’m working on trying to stretch them out but I didn’t struggle like this the previous time. Still love the look and they are not heavy which is a definite plus.

These shoes look amazing and are so cute on, i wish i would have sized down a half size as they run large. I purchased a 7 and wish i went with 6.5.
They are not super comfortable, i had to put and in sole in them, im hoping as I break them in they will be more comfortable. It would also be great to have more of these shoes in store so customers have the ability to try them on, all stores I called had very low inventory.
